Where the trucks go
Our coverage area: Seattle, WA and the Puget Sound region
Downtown Seattle service office, Aberdeen head office, and routes across five counties. Here is exactly where we work, how scheduling works at the edges of the map, and what pest pressure looks like in each part of the region.
In short: We serve Seattle and King County daily, plus Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston and Grays Harbor counties. Call (206) 944-0849 any hour; we will confirm your address is on the route and give you a realistic arrival window.
Five counties, two offices
Cities and counties we serve
Every area below is served by our own technicians. Closer neighborhoods usually get same or next day service for urgent calls; the outer edges are scheduled on route days, and we will always tell you which applies to you.

Seattle and King County
Seattle is home base, and our downtown service office at 1440 5th Ave puts every city neighborhood within a short drive. That includes the rat-heavy neighborhoods north of the Ship Canal, Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford, the U District and Ravenna, plus Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, West Seattle, Beacon Hill, Rainier Valley and the downtown core.
Across King County we run daily routes to Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, Shoreline, Burien, Tukwila, SeaTac and Kent. Eastside calls lean toward carpenter ants and roof rats in wooded lots; the south end sees more Norway rats, cockroach work in multi-family buildings and yellow jackets along greenbelts.

Snohomish County
North of Seattle we cover Everett and the wider Snohomish County area. Older neighborhoods near the waterfront and along Everett's hillsides share Seattle's crawl space and rodent patterns, while newer subdivisions see more ants, spiders and yellow jackets.

- Snohomish County
Pierce and Thurston Counties
South along I-5 we serve Tacoma and Pierce County, then Olympia and Thurston County. Tacoma's older housing stock and port areas bring steady rodent and commercial work; Olympia's wooded lots and wet winters mean carpenter ants, moisture ants and dampwood termite inspections.

Grays Harbor County
Our head office sits in Aberdeen, which is why the coast side of the state is part of the map. We cover Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Montesano and the wider Grays Harbor area, where heavy coastal rainfall and older timber-era homes make carpenter ants, rodents and wood-destroying organism inspections the core of the work.

Scheduling honestly
How timing works across the map
Inside Seattle and the close-in King County cities, urgent calls such as active rodents, wasp nests by a doorway or wildlife inside the house are usually handled same or next day. Everett, Tacoma and Olympia are on regular route days, with urgent calls fitted in as quickly as the schedule allows. Grays Harbor calls are handled from the Aberdeen side.
Phones are answered around the clock. On the rare occasion every crew is committed during an emergency, we may connect you with a trusted local company rather than leave you waiting, but nearly every call goes on our own schedule.
