Content on this site, including guides and pricing ranges, is general information to help you understand pest problems. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection, and published ranges are not quotes.
Quotes and pricing
Firm prices are given in writing after inspection and before work begins. If the scope changes once work starts, we will explain why and agree any change with you first.
Scheduling
Service is booked by phone at (206) 944-0849. We give realistic arrival windows and will contact you if timing changes. During rare periods when every crew is committed to emergencies, we may connect you with a trusted local company rather than leave you waiting.
Treatment safety
We will explain what is being applied, where, and any re-entry time. Please follow the preparation and safety instructions we provide, including keeping children and pets away from treated areas until we say otherwise.
Follow-up and re-service
Follow-up visits included in a quote or plan are described in writing. Recurring plan terms, including what is covered between visits and how to cancel, are provided before a plan begins.
Limitations
Pest activity depends on conditions outside our control, such as neighboring properties, weather and unrepaired moisture problems. We will tell you honestly what is likely to affect results.
